How Our Business is Run:
|
We operate our business out of our living room. With a website
offering nearly 3,000 different style charms, it is absolutely
impossible to stock each and every item. Therefore, we carry very
few of the more popular items in small quantities. About 99% of the
charms on our website are ordered from the supplier on an "as needed"
basis. As a result, when you place your order, it is very unlikely
that your items will be in stock. However, we order from our
suppliers every week. We will put your prepaid items in on our next order
and ship them out to you the very same day they come in [except
Saturdays]. This process can take up to 2-3 weeks; therefore, plan
ahead for your charm needs. If you need them "yesterday", it's not
likely that we will be able to meet your needs. Although we work very
very hard to maintain a positive customer base with friendly and
courteous customer service, we cannot perform miracles. We do not
guarantee delivery by a customer's own personal deadline. If you
have a deadline ~ allow plenty of time [6-8 weeks] - plan ahead -
order ahead. Items returned simply because you did not receive them when YOU
wanted to will be subject to a return fee. [See Policies Page for Details].
Returns & Exchanges: Because we are a small company and order on an
"as needed" basis, we do not offer even exchanges on our items if you
do not like something or it is not the size you need. If you have
any questions about any particular charm size, material, etc.. ~
email us and ask your question BEFORE you place your order. Be sure
that what you order is what you want. If you are unsure that an item
will work for you or not, order a sample first. If you get an item
and wish to return it for something else, the returned item will be
subject to return fees as outlined in our Return Policy and the new
item will be treated as a new order with shipping and handling fees
